The food engineer team leader will be a part of Food R&D team and will manage product development project, taking the muscle/fat tissue and making it into a food product.
- Lead R&D projects of new cultured- meat based products for global market.
- Conduct flavor and texture analysis.
- Drive flavor and texture development.
- Initiate contact and communicate with ingredients and technology vendors.
- MSc in Food Engineering/ Food Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience in food products development/technology.
- Experience in developing meat-based products or meat alternatives.
- Experience in flavor and aroma characterization and development.
- Fluent in English.
- Team player.
