Primary functions:

The food engineer team leader will be a part of Food R&D team and will manage product development project, taking the muscle/fat tissue and making it into a food product.

  • Lead R&D projects of new cultured- meat based products for global market.
  • Conduct flavor and texture analysis.
  • Drive flavor and texture development.
  • Initiate contact and communicate with ingredients and technology vendors.

 

Requirements:

  • MSc in Food Engineering/ Food Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years experience in food products development/technology.
  • Experience in developing meat-based products or meat alternatives.
  • Experience in flavor and aroma characterization and development.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Team player.
