Yaron Kaiser has founded various Nasdaq traded deep-tech firms and serves as an executive board member for numerous food-tech companies. He is a founding partner of the BlueSoundWaves collective led by Ashton Kutcher, Guy Oseary and Effie Epstein. Mr. Kaiser has wide experience in commercial and corporate law, IPOs, MA, and corporate governance.

CFO
Guy Hefer has vast international business experience and a successful track record of transaction generation and execution. Mr. Hefer was CFO of a tech-focused holding company and an investment banker at Bank Leumi and Barclays Corporate and Investment Bank in Israel and the UK. Guy holds a BA in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.
CTO
Dan Kozlovski specializes in R&D and product development and is an expert in 3D CAD. Mr. Kozlovski has more than 10 years’ experience working in high-tech companies in the printing market, such as HP-Indigo, Nano Dimension. He holds a BSc degree in mechanical engineering and an executive MBA in management technology, innovation and entrepreneurship.
VP Engineering
Itamar Atzmony brings almost a decade of experience as a mechanical engineer and 3D printing expert in the fields of robotics and automation with products that meet stringent requirements, standards, and harsh environmental conditions. His career has included stints at Nano Dimension, a provider of intelligent machines for manufacturing and Highcon, a developer of digital cutting and creasing solutions for post print processes. Mr. Atzmony is passionate about food and is an avid amateur chef.
VP Biology
Orit Goldman is a prolific R&D professional in multidisciplinary biotechnology and author of numerous publications on stem cell behavior and applications. She specializes in molecular biology, biochemistry, cGMP and pre-clinical studies. Ms. Goldman began her career as a stem-cell researcher. Before joining Steakholder Foods, she was head of R&D at Betalin Therapeutics, an innovative provider of cell-based treatments for diabetes.
VP of marketing
Mor Glotter-Nov is an experienced marketer of novel technologies, entrepreneur and strategy expert. She built and managed marketing teams as VP of marketing in the field of Web3.0 (blockchain, decentralized finance and NFTs). She also has a professional background in consumer goods and cosmetics. Ms. Glotter-Nov holds an M.B.A from Tel Aviv University and BA in Marketing from Reichman University in Herzliya, Israel.
VP of Business Development
Yair Ayalon has extensive experience in the fields of agriculture and food technology. In addition to his expertise in business development and sales, he has vast experience in account and project management, business strategy, and financial management. Yair holds B.A in Business and Accounting and L.L.M in Law and a CPA license.
VP Corporate Development
Avraham has over 20 years' experience in finance, fundraising and corporate governance in high-tech and life science startups. At Steakholder Foods, he plays a central role in matters that include fundraising, regulation, business development and strategy, corporate governance, and legal processes.
VP Finance
Eitan Noah began his career as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Israel. He then served as controller and financial planning and analyst at Fluence. Before joining Steakholder Foods, he was Director of Finance at Inception XR. Mr. Noah is a certified public accountant.
Head Chef
Chef Moran Lidor is one of Israel's leading culinary consultants and vegan cuisine pioneers. He is the head chef of Nestle Professional, Nestle Innovation Group and a presenter chef at Bee-io. Chef Lidor has provided solutions to restaurants and companies. With over twenty years’ experience, he brings creativity and new approaches to the food tech industry.
Advisor
Professor Tal Dvir holds various director roles at Tel Aviv University, including at the Laboratory for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine, the Chaoul Center for Nanoscale Systems, and the Sagol Center for Regenerative Biotechnology. He is on the faculties at the Shmunis School of Biomedicine and Cancer Research and the department of biomedical engineering.
Chemistry Advisor
Shlomo Magdassi is a professor of chemistry at the Casali Center for Applied Chemistry, the Institute of Chemistry, and the Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at Hebrew University. His research is focused on material science; specifically, the development of novel micro and nanoparticles for various applications that primarily include 2D and 3D printing.
