Cooking instructions:
Add 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil to a heavy pan over medium heat.
Carefully add the desired number of steaks to the pan.
Sear both sides. Flipping the steaks often. Cook for at least 7 min per side.
Season as desired with freshly cracked black pepper and sea salt.
Use a probe thermometer to ensure steak reach 74°C.
After cooking the steaks may be served with a sauce of your liking.
